We are looking for a savvy Search Engineer with technical backgrounds in search engine development. The hire will be responsible for developing and optimizing our search engine. It will leverage latest AI Engineering skill to deliver enhanced, user-friendly search results. We are seeking talented and motivated software engineers to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of search engines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and optimize the search engine, utilizing LLM.
• Optimize search algorithms for accuracy, speed, and relevance, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Integrate advanced NLP techniques to enhance the readability and contextual understanding of search results.
• Conduct regular testing and debugging to maintain a high standard of performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve the search engines capabilities.
• Proficiency in Elasticsearch, OpenSearch or other Vector Search Engine.
  
  

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. Computer Science or related fields
• Fluent in English
• Proven experience in developing search engines or similar systems, with a strong understanding of LLM.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, or Java.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
