Search Algorithm Engineer-International Life Service Search

1. Support the international video life service business, improve users search experience in life service fields such as life services, wine and travel, catering, leisure and entertainment, and promote healthy ecological development 2. Combined with hundreds of millions of user search and recommendation scenarios, apply machine learning technology to improve user shopping experience and conversion efficiency 3. Responsible for the design and technical implementation of life service search algorithms, and personalized behavior modeling of the full search stack (Query analysis, relevance, recall, coarse ranking, fine ranking, mixed ranking), including correlation calculation, CTR estimation, CVR prediction, vector recall, value mixing, etc.

1. Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems 2. Excellent basic capabilities in machine learning and deep learning, with experience in NLP, personalization and other fields 3. Excellent coding skills, with solid data structure and algorithm skills 4. Familiar with the Linux development environment and proficient in using C++ and Python languages 5.
