Represent the agency at industry conferences and events, and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and medical societies to enhance reputation and drive business growth.
Stay current with industry trends, guidelines, and regulations to ensure the team's work remains compliant and competitive.
Identify and implement innovative technologies, tools, and workflows to improve team collaboration, efficiency, and client deliverables.
Requirements:
Degree in life sciences, medicine, or a related scientific field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical communications or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Bilingual Chinese and English as this role is local based and require to communicate with APAC team.
Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing editorial or scientific teams.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
