SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst / Project Support

Business Analysis & User Support

• Liaise with HR business users to understand requirements and issues
• Assist in requirements gathering and documentation
• Support business process reviews and workflow discussions
• Coordinate issue resolution with IT and vendors
• Provide user support and functional assistance

SuccessFactors Support

• Support SAP SuccessFactors related activities
• Coordinate testing activities including UAT
• Support data validation and migration activities
• Assist with system access and user administration
• Track and follow up system issues

Project Coordination / PMO Support

• Prepare meeting minutes and project documentation
• Maintain action item logs and project trackers
• Support project governance and reporting
• Track project progress and follow-up activities
• Coordinate meetings between HR, IT and vendors

Stakeholder Coordination

• Serve as a liaison between:
• HR Business Users
• Information Systems (IT)
• External Vendors
• Project Team Members
