About the Role

Join Accenture as an SAP Program/Project Management Consultant and play a key role in delivering large-scale SAP transformation initiatives that help organizations drive business value and operational excellence. You will work with cross-functional teams to plan, govern, and execute SAP programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery while managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading professionals, contribute to complex SAP transformation programs, and develop expertise across project delivery, governance, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP transformation projects and programs across multiple workstreams.
Coordinate project activities, resources, schedules, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and budget utilization, escalating concerns when required.
Facilitate governance activities including project status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to align project objectives and delivery plans.
Assist in developing project plans, implementation roadmaps, and change management activities.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and delivery frameworks.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP project management, PMO, program management, or large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
Experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, or transformation projects.
Strong understanding of project management principles, project lifecycle management, and delivery governance.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent.
Experience in PMO governance, risk management, and financial tracking.
Exposure to change management and business transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of project management tools and reporting platforms.
Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
