- 6 - 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on hiring for SAP (Mandatory).
- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
- Strong experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals for effective candidate sourcing and talent mapping as it's an Individual Contribution role.
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills with the ability to assess both technical and behavioural competencies.
- Confident personality with the ability to interact professionally with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Willingness to work from Office 5 days a week (11 AM – 8 PM IST).
