Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Implementation
- Participate in full-cycle SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation projects.
- Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to design finance and controlling solutions.
- Support SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion and migration initiatives, including brownfield and greenfield implementations.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
SAP FICO Functional Expertise
- Configure and support:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Cost Centre Accounting (CCA)
- Internal Orders (IO)
- Profit Centre Accounting (PCA)
- Product Costing (PC)
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Financial Closing and Reporting
Cash Flow Management & Treasury
- Implement and support SAP S/4HANA Cash Flow Management solutions.
- Design and maintain cash position and liquidity forecasting processes.
- Provide expertise in cash visibility, liquidity planning, and treasury integration.
- Support financial reporting and cash forecasting requirements for business stakeholders.
Group Reporting & Financial Consolidation
- Implement and support SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions.
- Design financial consolidation and statutory reporting processes.
- Support intercompany reconciliation and consolidation activities.
- Assist finance teams in meeting regulatory and management reporting requirements.
AMS & Production Support
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for SAP FICO applications.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term corrective actions.
- Support change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with business users and technical teams to ensure service stability and performance.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with finance, controlling, treasury, procurement, and business users.
- Act as a trusted advisor for finance process improvements and SAP best practices.
- Facilitate user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
- At least 10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Proven experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Hands-on experience delivering at least 2 full lifecycle implementation projects.
- Strong AMS support experience in enterprise SAP environments.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting.
- Experience with Cash Flow Management and Liquidity Planning.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
