- Act as local SAP EWM SME supporting fab warehouse operations such as Inbound, outbound and Production supply area
- Understand the EWM processes being implemented by project teams and suggest improvements in the process as per the business demands
- To support Day to day operations
- To support after go live to end and Key users
- Drive regular key user meetings to discuss any recurring issues & suggest improvements from IT/business perspective
- Understand and document business requirements through business stakeholder interactions
- Coordinate with the project team for new changes implementation, UAT support and execution of the test cases
- Support integrations with ME SAP PP/QM, and warehouse automation systems
- Prepare documentation, user manuals for the end users ( supported by Implementation team and training team)
Must-Have skill: SAP EWM knowledge and experience, Mandarin language proficiency
Good-to-Have skill: English communication skills, SAP PP, SAP MM
