We are looking for experienced SAP consultants for an upcoming SAP S/4HANA implementation programme covering China and Hong Kong entities. We are only considering candidates who are currently based in Mainland China.

PROJECT SNAPSHOT

• Engagement: SAP S/4HANA implementation (China and Hong Kong)

• Duration: 14 months

• Expected start: 1 November 2026 (estimated end: 31 December 2027)

• Work model: Hybrid. You may be based anywhere within Mainland China, with onsite presence required as needed during workshops, testing, training, cutover, go-live and hypercare

• Support: business users across China and Hong Kong

OPEN ROLES

1. SAP Project Manager: 1 position

2. SAP Finance (FI): 2 positions

3. SAP Controlling (CO-PA / CO-PC): 2 positions. Hands-on implementation experience in CO-PA and CO-PC is required

4. SAP Materials Management (MM): 2 positions

5. SAP Sales & Distribution (SD): 2 positions

6. SAP Production Planning (PP): 2 positions

7. SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM): 2 positions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Finalise the design for China and Hong Kong entities

• Validate and update S/4HANA configuration based on the approved blueprint

• Finalise master and transactional data templates

• Prepare functional specifications for RICEF developments and coordinate with the ABAP team

• Prepare test scenarios and scripts; conduct unit testing and System Integration Testing (SIT); support UAT

• Prepare and deliver end-user training

• Support data migration, validation and cutover planning and execution

• Provide go-live and post go-live hypercare support

• Document configurations and business process flows, and support knowledge transfer

REQUIREMENTS

• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, with strong functional knowledge of your module

• Currently based in Mainland China, with a valid right to work there

• Project Manager: strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Added advantage: knowledge of SNP CrystalBridge and smartShift

• Ability to travel to the client location when required
