Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This role includes managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The individual is responsible for establishing platform standards that maintain system stability and optimize performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of these solutions is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that the platform remains robust and scalable in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development

Skills and Qualifications

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Administration.- Experience in managing cloud platform configurations and integrations.- Strong understanding of platform performance optimization and stability management.- Ability to design and enforce platform standards in complex environments.- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.- Competence in overseeing release management and deployment processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BTP Administration.- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
