SAP Basis Senior Consultant – L2

• Position: SAP Basis Senior Consultant – L2
• Experience: 6–7.5 years of relevant SAP Basis experience only
• Location: Pune / Remote
• Mode of Hire: Contract to Hire
• Joining: Immediate to 2 weeks
• Shift: Rotational 24x7 support, including approximately 9–10 night shifts per month

Key Technical Requirements

• ·       Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration
• ·       SAP S/4HANA, Business Suite and EWM
• ·       SAP HANA, BW/BW4HANA
• ·       ABAP & Java stack
• ·       SAP Solution Manager, FRUN and Cloud ALM
• ·       System monitoring, performance tuning and troubleshooting
• ·       Kernel upgrades, patching and database maintenance
• ·       SAP installations, system refreshes, upgrades and system copies
• ·       Transport management – ChaRM/CTMS
• ·       SAP Security, security patching and upgrades
• ·       Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows
• ·       Exposure to HANA, ASE, Oracle, DB2 and MaxDB
• ·       Incident and Change Management / ITIL
• ·       RCA, system assessments and operational support

Leadership Requirements

• ·       Experience managing/leading L1 & L2 Basis teams
• ·       Experience handling shift operations and task allocation
• ·       Ability to guide junior consultants and drive knowledge sharing
• ·       Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
