Salesforce DevOps Lead/Manager

• 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in DevOps, Release Management, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with FlexDeploy (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and enterprise Salesforce ecosystems.
• Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of branching strategies, version control, release orchestration, and deployment governance.
• Experience defining DevOps operating models and release management frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar version control platforms.
• Experience with SonarQube or equivalent code quality, security scanning, and compliance tools.
• Strong understanding of environment management, sandbox lifecycle management, and data masking strategies.
• Experience managing multi-environment Salesforce deployments and release cycles.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX (SFDX), Metadata API, DevOps Center, and modern Salesforce delivery practices.
• Experience implementing automated deployment validation, testing, and quality gates.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
• Experience driving enterprise-scale Salesforce DevOps transformation initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor teams and establish DevOps best practices across organizations.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
• Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center and automated testing frameworks.
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise Salesforce transformation programs.
• Experience working within highly regulated and governance-driven environments.
