Salesforce Consultant

We are looking for experienced Salesforce consultants across Melbourne to join our rapidly growing delivery team to implement Salesforce products in Australia. Working mainly, the Salesforce Consultants are responsible for taking the technical lead on complex and medium size projects as well as the mentoring and up-skilling of other Salesforce Consultants within the team.

A day in the life

• Carry out advanced functional configuration for clients solution
• Lead training and daily standup sessions with clients and technical staff to ensure the project delivery
• Design complex solutions for extra large, higher complex clients across their product stack including Sales, Service, Community, Pardot Cloud and other AppExchange products.
• Create and document solutions that will be built by you or other team members
• Design and documentation of integrations to be passed to developers to build
• Assist other Salesforce Consultants with the design of solutions
• Support pre-sales activities including RFP&aposs, prospect engagements, scoping workshops and estimating of work
• Mentoring Salesforce Consultants to help them increase their Salesforce knowledge and consulting skills
• Technical oversight of Capability Framework, including QA of other consultants inputs
• Contributes to the delivery methodologies, including quality and standards development
• Contributes to internal delivery projects as required

About you

• Around 2 - 3 years of working with the Salesforce platform
• Experience working in Salesforce implementations in a consulting environment
• Experience in the design and implementation of solutions that include third party systems integrations such as Xero, Myob
• Experience in client facing consulting roles
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Salesforce Certifications in any of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot & Communities (desirable)
• Pre-sales experience (desirable)
