Sales Support Manager - Commercial Operations

Job Profile Summary


Responsible to provide Sales and Operation related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to ensure tasks are complete on time

Roles & Responsibilities


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Sales and Customer related administration tasks include but not limited to Contract Chop application, Customer Master Data application, Purchasing Requisition uploads into SAP, Material Code creation in SAP, Payment applications.
  • Support Indirect Purchasing via Ariba by coordinating with Operation team
  • Support Project Quotations, Logistics related tasks if necessary
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager
  • Ensure positive experiences for internal and external customers through collaboration

Qualifications


  • Bachelor degree
  • Middle level of English ability
  • At least 3 years working experiences in Sales Support, Supply Chain field
  • Experiences in SAP and Ariba preferred
