Manage and coordinate the bidding process from start to finish, including preparing commercial proposals, submitting quotations, and supporting contract negotiations to ensure the best interests of the company
Prepare, review, and maintain sales-related documentation, including quotations, bidding documents, contracts, and sales reports
Coordinate with internal departments to gather information required for bid submissions and customer proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and professional support
Visit customers after successful bid awards to coordinate project implementation and ensure customer satisfaction
Meet with customers following unsuccessful bids to obtain feedback, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for future improvement
Support the receiving process when customers deliver products to the company by verifying quantities, documentation, and shipment details
Monitor project and sales activities to ensure timely follow-up and successful completion
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and bidding activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Coordination, Business Development, Project Coordination, or a related role
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent document management and pricing accuracy skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to travel and meet customers when required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Experience in trading, purchasing, or selling precious metals and industrial metals (Tin, Silver, Copper, etc.) will be a strong advantage
