Job Summary
Support the sales team by handling sales enquiries, communicating effectively with customers, and reporting to the Sales Manager to ensure smooth sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to sales enquiries to support customer needs and drive sales processes
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers via telephone to maintain positive client relationships
- Report sales enquiry outcomes and relevant information accurately to the Sales Manager for informed decision-making
- Demonstrate self-motivation and independence to manage daily tasks without constant supervision
- Maintain a responsible and proactive work attitude to contribute effectively to team goals
- Show willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving business requirements
- Adhere to company working hours and location requirements to ensure consistent availability
Working Hours and Location
- Work 5.5 days per week, 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Work location near Toa Payoh MRT
