To support the Business Development teams with the day to day management and administration in order to maximise the revenue potential for BSI.
- Manage in-bound leads from the Business Development Team to develop a solid pipeline for the sales team.
- Manage the Business Development email inbox and phone line responding to enquiries within the agreed time-frame.
- Understand the Business Development process to assist and to proactively seek new business opportunities as requested.
- Use relevant sales and marketing collateral to illustrate how a range of BSI products meet a range of customer needs and ensure these are communicated to Business Developers and available for them to use.
- Accurately record information in the CRM system for the sales team and be able to run reports to support Business Development activities.
