Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Taoyuan City. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining and building relationships with customers, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. The role also involves providing training to customers on products and services, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies.

• Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and the capability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in providing Training and product support to customers
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is preferred
• Prior experience in the thermal solutions, electronics, or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and results-driven approach
