Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Taipei City, with flexibility to work from home as needed, for a Regional Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will oversee the design and implementation of solution architectures, collaborate with clients and internal teams to align solutions with business objectives, and provide consulting support. Responsibilities include integrating various technologies, contributing to software development projects, and optimizing business processes to meet client requirements.

Regional Sales Specialist Cross-Border / Overseas Business (Taiwan to Global)

Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Specialist to drive overseas IT opportunities for Taiwanese enterprises expanding internationally.

This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing cross-border IT projects by working closely with SYSTEX Group teams in Taiwan/Greater China and SYSTEX Asia teams across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate understands enterprise IT solutions and is passionate about helping customers expand globally through integrated infrastructure, cloud, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Border Business Development

  • Identify Taiwanese customers with overseas expansion plans (factory setup, branch offices, regional HQ, etc.)
  • Engage customers early to understand overseas IT needs (network, cloud, cybersecurity, data center, managed services)
  • Drive opportunities from Taiwan/China/HK to ASEAN and other regions in collaboration with SYSTEX Asia

Regional Collaboration

  • Act as the bridge between: Taiwan BU / BI teams
  • SYSTEX Asia country teams (SG, MY, VN, ID, etc.)
  • Coordinate cross-border solutioning, pricing, delivery scope, and commercial models
  • Support customers with a single-window approach for multi-country projects

Solution & Brand Focus

  • Primary focus areas include:
  • Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud
  • Cybersecurity
  • Managed Services
  • Strategic brands such as NetApp, Citrix, HPE, Cloud platforms, and related ecosystem solutions

Pipeline & Revenue Ownership

  • Build and manage a strong cross-border pipeline
  • Drive deal progression with urgency and accountability
  • Work with presales, PM, and regional delivery teams to ensure successful project execution

Market Intelligence

  • Track trends in Taiwanese enterprises expanding overseas
  • Identify repeatable use cases and industry-specific opportunities (manufacturing, finance, retail, etc.)
  • Provide feedback to management on regional demand patterns
