We are seeking an experienced Surgical Device Sales Specialist to lead strategic sales initiatives, deliver technical expertise, and build strong partnerships with hospitals and surgical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies for surgical devices across major hospitals and healthcare institutions.
• Clinical & Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth product demonstrations, operating room support, and training for surgeons and clinical staff to ensure optimal product utilization.
• Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and support product launches in alignment with company objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers.
• Industry Representation: Attend surgical workshops, conferences, and events to represent the brand and stay ahead of market trends.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in surgical device or medical equipment sales
• Proven track record in hospital-based sales and operating room support
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, consultative approach
