About the Sales Specialist role:
In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing sales opportunities across SEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance within the assigned region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Execute strategic sales plans, including market analysis, competitor tracking, and territory planning
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, service, and application teams to deliver customer solutions
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the relevant sector.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
- Well-versed in B2B manufacturing sales, preferably within Metrology or Precision equipment industry.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Commercially focused with a problem-solving mindset
