Role Summary:
Sales Specialist Industrial Chemicals
We are hiring an experienced industrial chemicals sales professional (5+ years). You will own revenue generation, key account expansion, and new business development across industrial coatings, adhesives, inks, and advanced material for semiconductor and electronics sectors. The role covers prospecting, solution selling, pricing negotiation, supplier coordination, and logistics follow-through. Strong technical-commercial capability and customer-centric execution mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Key Account Management
- Drive sales growth across industrial and specialty chemical portfolios
- Develop account plans and new business opportunities and customer segments
- Execute full-cycle sales execution via prospecting, pipeline development, quotation, negotiation, and contract closure
- Lead solution-based and consultative selling activities
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports & track key KPI.
- Maintain CRM and sales databases to ensure data accuracy
Supplier & Partner Management
- Align pricing, supply, and product strategy with global partners
- Coordinate logistics and order fulfillments and compliance activities.
- Participate in customer visits, supplier meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
- Represent the company professionally in technicalcommercial discussions
Market Intelligence & Product Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, regulatory impacts, and pricing movements
- Identify new applications and product opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Material Science, Industrial/Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in industrial or specialty chemical sales
- Proven track record in B2B sales or key account management
- Sector Experience with fine chemicals, resins, or additives, semiconductor and electronics applied materials is a plus
- Comfortable conducting technical-commercial discussions with engineers and procurement teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; experience with CRM, AI Agent and design tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English; Japanese ability is a plus
- Self-starter, high ownership mindset, able to work independently
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally overseas when required
