Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic business development, including identifying and approaching potential clients
- Promote new and existing CRIF products and solutions to target markets
- Manage order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with internal teams
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
- Provide customer service and account management, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
- Conduct domestic travel to meet clients, attend meetings, and support sales activities
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to support sales strategy and product development
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, financial services, data solutions, or related industries
- Proven ability to develop new clients and close sales opportunities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in customer relationship management and account servicing
- Comfortable with domestic travel across Taiwan
- Valid driver's license with driving experience preferred
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Mandarin Chinese; basic English communication skills are an advantage
