In this role, you will help customers identify the products and services they need, build long-term partnerships, and drive business growth by delivering the best value. 【KRA & Performance Indicator】
- Promote agency product lines and execute marketing activities to grow brand visibility and market share.
- Identify and develop new customers through cold calling, visits, and targeted outreach.
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts by understanding needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, RFQs, and support order negotiations.
- Monitor orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure after-sales support.
- Work with overseas principals and technical teams to align product information and technical support.
- Gather market and competitor intelligence to support business planning.
- Collaborate across departments and assist with tasks assigned by the manager.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to drive growth and win new orders.
- Strong technical/product knowledge and ability to influence customers.
- Quick learner, proactive, and able to grasp new technologies and market trends.
