Haven Hands Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore employment agency specialising in the placement of Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs). As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and independent Sales & Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

This is primarily a Work-From-Home (WFH) position suitable for someone who is confident in sales, enjoys communicating with customers, and is able to manage enquiries independently from initial contact through successful placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming employer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and online platforms.

• Understand employers household requirements and recommend suitable MDW candidates.

• Conduct follow-ups with potential employers and convert enquiries into confirmed placements.

• Coordinate interviews between employers and MDW candidates.

• Explain agency packages, placement procedures, estimated timelines and relevant requirements clearly to employers.

• Maintain regular follow-up with existing leads and prospective customers.

• Build and maintain good relationships with employers.

• Liaise with the internal team and overseas recruitment partners on candidate availability and matching.

• Assist with collection and verification of basic employer and helper information required for case processing.

• Update customer enquiries, sales progress and placement status accurately.

• Provide after-sales support and assist with basic employer/helper enquiries where required.

• Work towards individual and company sales targets.

• Support Haven Hands in business development and customer acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an employment agency, MDW agency, recruitment, sales or customer service environment is preferred.

• Candidates with experience handling MDW placements will have an advantage.

• CEI certification is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and telephone.

• Sales-oriented with the ability to follow up consistently and close cases.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Responsible, organised and responsive.

• Comfortable using basic computer systems, online portals and CRM tools.

• Able to communicate effectively in English. Additional languages are an advantage due to the diverse profile of employers and candidates we work with.

Working Arrangement

• Primarily Work From Home

• Flexible and independent working environment

• May be required to attend the office, meetings or appointments when necessary

• Training and operational guidance will be provided

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone, follow up with leads and actively work towards closing placements.

The ideal candidate should be proactive rather than waiting for enquiries to convert on their own. You should be comfortable speaking with different types of employers, understanding their requirements and guiding them towards the most suitable helper.

This role would particularly suit someone with previous employment agency experience who prefers the flexibility of working remotely while remaining actively involved in sales and recruitment.
