Role Description

The Sales Operations Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Taichung City, with opportunities to work partially from home. The primary responsibilities include optimizing sales processes, analyzing sales data, and ensuring efficient collaboration across teams to achieve business goals. The role involves working closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to enhance customer service, improve operational efficiency, support various sales initiatives, and ensure accuracy in reporting and sales documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and improve sales strategies
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients
• Proficiency in Customer Service to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Understanding of Sales and Sales Operations processes to streamline workflows and achieve targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools and software is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment
