Job Summary
The Sales Operations Manager manages sales-related administrative and operational tasks to support the sales team. He ensures smooth sales processes and is responsible for driving revenue growth while overseeing daily operational activities, including warehouse management. This role ensures smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and operations to deliver excellent service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations including logistics and job scheduling
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely project execution
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements
Warehouse Management
- Supervise warehouse activities (inventory, storage, dispatch)
- Ensure proper stock control and inventory accuracy
- Maintain safety and compliance standards
Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise between sales, operations, and warehouse teams
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Improve processes for productivity and cost efficiency
Requirements - Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or operations
- Experience in a warehouse/logistics environment preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional teams
