Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Operations/Data Processing Specialist role based in New Taipei City. The specialist will support the sales organization by processing and validating sales orders, maintaining accurate customer and product data in CRM and related systems, and preparing regular reports and dashboards for sales performance tracking. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with sales representatives and customer service to resolve order issues, monitoring data quality, and ensuring timely updates to pricing, inventory, and customer records. The role also involves responding to internal and external inquiries on sales operations processes, assisting with forecasting and pipeline analysis, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy across the sales function.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including data validation, trend analysis, and report generation.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with customers.
- Customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support a positive customer experience.
- Experience in sales and sales operations, including order management, CRM usage, and pipeline or forecast support.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or technology industries is a plus.
- Comfort working in an on-site team environment in New Taipei City; proficiency in English is beneficial.
