Update CRM and ERP data;

Reschedule, change exiting orders;

Qualifications

CRM, ERP knowledge

MS Outlook

1+ year (s) experience in customer support;

MA/BA degree in economics (preferred but not required);

English (Upper-intermediate / B2 or higher)
