What You'll Do

• Manage the inquiry pipeline — logging, tagging and routing incoming inquiries to the right Sales owner, and tracking status through to close.
• Support Sales in closing deals by preparing quotes, proposals, itinerary documents and contracts, and chasing outstanding paperwork.
• Handle booking administration — deposits, payment confirmations, amendments and cancellations — in coordination with Finance and merchants.
• Maintain clean, up-to-date records of inquiries, proposals and bookings so pipeline reporting is always accurate.
• Flag bottlenecks and process gaps in the inquiry-to-booking flow, and help design the tooling and workflow that will eventually automate parts of this handoff.
• Maintain pipeline reporting — sales numbers, tracking metrics and status — to keep Sales and leadership aligned.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Open to fresh graduates — no minimum years of experience required; strong organizational instincts matter more than tenure.
• Language: English is a must; Mandarin is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented — comfortable juggling many inquiries and documents at once without dropping details.
• Clear written communication for customer-facing documentation and internal coordination.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and back-office tools and quick to pick up new systems.
• A proactive, can-do attitude — willing to jump into admin work that directly enables revenue.
