The SFE Analyst supports the commercial organization by providing data-driven insights, analytics, and tools to optimize sales performance and territory productivity. This role plays a key part in improving sales efficiency, incentive planning, CRM utilization, and business intelligence for the medical device sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Analytics & Reporting in Power BI
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., sales by territory, product category, customer segment).
- Provide actionable insights to regional sales managers and leadership to support decision-making.
- Territory & Target Setting
- Support sales territory design, realignment, and optimization.
- Assist in setting and tracking sales targets, quotas, and key metrics.
- Ensure fair and data-backed target allocation across teams and regions.
- Sales Incentive Plan
- Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Finance to design and manage sales incentive schemes.
- Track and validate incentive payouts based on performance metrics.
- Simulate and analyze incentive effectiveness to ensure motivation and alignment with company goals.
- CRM & Data Management
- Manage and improve CRM data quality (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI).
- Train sales teams on CRM best practices and reporting tools.
- Leverage CRM data to support pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
- Business Insights & Process Improvement
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to provide integrated business insights.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, reporting automation, and data visualization tools.
- Support ad hoc analyses for strategic projects (e.g., product launches, market segmentation, pricing).
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
- Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Analytics, SFE, or Commercial Excellencepreferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Power BI, and Excel.
