Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Executive Administrative Assistant: Generalist, you will provide a wide range of administrative services for clients, including IBM executives and managers. This role requires situational awareness, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently, proactively, and flexibly. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Execute Administrative Tasks: Provide various administrative services, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks, and demonstrating adaptability in response to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Support Client Needs: Anticipate and address client requirements, utilizing strong communication skills to ensure seamless interactions and effective issue resolution.
  • Maintain Situational Awareness: Stay informed about organizational activities, changes, and updates, applying this knowledge to optimize administrative support and services.
  • Work Independently: Manage workload with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks, and making sound judgments to meet client expectations and business objectives.
  • Foster Collaboration: Engage with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to build trust and facilitate open communication.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Administrative Task Execution: Exposure to performing various administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion, and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Client Support Services: Experience working with clients to anticipate and address their needs, utilizing strong communication skills for effective issue resolution.
  • Technical Proficiency: Exposure to using technology to optimize administrative support and services, staying informed about organizational activities, changes, and updates.
  • Independent Work Management: Experience working with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks, and making sound judgments to meet client expectations and business objectives.
  • Situational Awareness: Exposure to maintaining awareness of organizational activities, changes, and updates to provide effective administrative support.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Technical Proficiency Enhancement: Exposure to using technology to optimize administrative support and services, staying informed about organizational activities, changes, and updates, would be beneficial in this role.
  • Advanced Client Support: Experience working with clients to anticipate and address their needs, utilizing strong communication skills for effective issue resolution, would be an asset.
  • Organizational Knowledge: Exposure to maintaining awareness of organizational activities, changes, and updates to provide effective administrative support, would be advantageous.
