Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by leading the team members of sales, logistic, purchasing and customer services department
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management
- Develop business plan and strategy for multiple product line markets that ensures attainment of Group's sales goals and profitability
- Handle queries and complaints from customers, business partners and other stakeholders
- Work closely with the production, research & development teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely and quality basis
