Sales Marketing Executive

MTIC by MIRDC is a certified training center specializing in GWO and OPITO courses, established in 2021 with support from the Taiwanese government and Maersk Training. Based in Kaohsiung, South Taiwan, MTIC aims to serve as the premier training hub for Marine & Offshore professionals in the Asia-Pacific region. Our offerings include a wide range of safety and technical training programs such as GWO Basic Safety and OPITO HUET, alongside customized and industry-specific courses. This full-time on-site position in Taiwan is for a Sales Marketing Executive. The role involves developing and executing market plans, conducting market research, managing communication strategies, and driving sales efforts to support the organization's growth. Additional responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting company training services to meet business objectives.

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify new opportunities and competitive landscapes
• Strong Sales and Marketing abilities with a proven track record of meeting targets and driving business growth
• Exceptional Communication skills for client engagement, presentations, and team collaboration
• Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to align with organizational goals
• Previous experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Training industry is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
