Our flagship brand, HaruPlate, is a beloved pediatric nutrition brand crafting functional, better-for-you foods for kids. We sell across diverse online channels (our website, Shopee, TikTok Shop, partner baby stores) and offline channels (supermarkets and major consumer events like baby fairs). We are scaling fast across Singapore and Malaysia, and we need a revenue-driven engine to fuel our next stage of hyper-growth.

The Role Objective

We are looking for a revenue-hungry, data-backed Sales & Growth Executive who lives and breathes performance. You will own our digital ad spend and e-commerce growth while masterfully closing the loop between our physical events and digital ecosystem. This isn't a traditional corporate marketing role; you will have direct ownership of the growth P&L, scaling what works and ruthlessly cutting what doesn't.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Digital Sales (40%)

  • Own the Budget: Deploy, monitor, and optimize our online ad budgets across Meta, Google, and TikTok to hit aggressive ROAS and customer acquisition cost (CAC) targets.
  • Ruthless Optimization: Constantly A/B test creatives, copy, and landing pages. Identify high-performing hooks, scale them fast, and kill underperforming campaigns without hesitation.
  • Marketplace Management: Drive GMV growth across our direct D2C website and owned e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop), utilizing in-platform ads and affiliate tools.

2. Master the O2O (Online-to-Offline) Loop (30%)

  • Bridge the Divide: Design and execute in-store and event-specific campaigns that drive digital traffic into physical supermarkets, baby stores, and pop-ups.
  • Capture On-Ground Energy: Turn high-touch physical touchpoints (like baby fairs and family events) into digital funnels. Design strategies to capture lead data, launch QR-driven funnels, and transition event shoppers into lifetime online subscribers.

3. Community & Creator Monetization (30%)

  • Convert Love into Sales: We have an active, highly engaged community of content creators and parents who love HaruPlate. Your job is to weaponize this brand equity.
  • Build a Sales Pipeline: Turn user-generated content (UGC) and creator partnerships into a predictable, trackable stream of direct sales through affiliate codes, exclusive community offers, and social commerce.

The Person We Are Looking For

  • Revenue & Sales Hungry: You don't care about vanity metrics (likes, impressions). You care about conversions, add-to-carts, and top-line revenue growth.
  • High Agency & Analytical: You don't wait to be told what to do. You look at data daily, spot a drop in conversion rates or an spike in ROAS, and pivot immediately.
  • Agile & Adaptable: You can transition seamlessly from Analyzing a Meta Ads dashboard in the morning to strategizing a physical setup for a massive baby fair in the afternoon.

Requirements & Experience

  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (paid social/search) or e-commerce/retail marketing within the FMCG, consumer goods, or D2C space.
  • Platform Mastery: Proven track record of managing and scaling profitable ad accounts on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads Manager.
  • E-commerce Literacy: Deep familiarity with WooCommerce backends and marketplace ecosystems (specifically Shopee and TikTok Shop Seller Center).
  • O2O Exposure: Prior experience or a strong conceptual understanding of online-to-offline mechanics (e.g., experiential marketing, retail activations, or trade shows).
  • Data Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets, and turning raw data into actionable commercial pivots.
