This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive based in Taipei City. The Executive will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and developing detailed market plans. Responsibilities include promoting properties and investment opportunities, driving sales activities, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to create campaigns. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure targets are achieved while providing high-quality service to clients.

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to evaluate trends and develop effective strategies
• Strong skills in Sales and Marketing for promoting products and maintaining a strong pipeline
• Excellent Communication skills for building client relationships and ensuring clear, persuasive messaging
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Relevant experience in property or investment markets is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
