Role Overview

:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales professional to drive IT services and Data Practice sales across the Singapore and APAC region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling digital, data, analytics, and cloud-driven solutions to enterprise clients, with a proven ability to build strategic relationships and close high-value deals

.Key Responsibilities

  • :Drive end-to-end sales for IT services and data-led solutions including Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, and Digital Transformation
  • .Identify and develop new business opportunities across BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Healthcare, and other enterprise segments
  • .Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets
  • .Engage with CXOs, business stakeholders, and technology leaders to understand business challenges and position relevant solutions
  • .Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and leadership to craft winning proposals and value-driven pitches
  • .Lead RFP/RFI responses, contract negotiations, and deal closures
  • .Strengthen relationships with existing clients and drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • .Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Data & AI offerings in the region
  • .Stay updated on market trends, competition, and emerging technologies in data and IT services

.Required Skills & Qualifications

  • :8–15 years of experience in IT services sales / consulting sales, with strong exposure to Data & Analytics practice
  • .Proven track record of closing deals in Singapore/APAC markets
  • .Strong understanding of
  • :Data Engineering, Data Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP
  • )Business Intelligence & Analytics tool
  • sAI/ML and Digital Transformation solution
  • sExperience in selling end-to-end IT services (T&M, Fixed Bid, Managed Services)
  • .Excellent stakeholder management and CXO-level engagement skills
  • .Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
  • .Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

.Preferred Qualifications

  • :Existing network of enterprise clients in Singapore/APAC
  • .Experience working with global delivery models and offshore teams
  • .Background in consulting-led or solution selling approach
  • .Knowledge of industry-specific data use cases (BFSI, Retail, etc.)
