Strategic Market Development & Global Account Management

Market Development & Strategic Planning

  • Targeted Market Expansion: Identify and approach high-potential target accounts in the Automotive, Industrial, and Consumer Electronics sectors to drive new business acquisition across India, Southeast Asia, and Europe.

  • Strategic Market Intelligence: Analyze global market trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to formulate robust, mid-to-long-term sales strategies.

Account & Channel Management

  • Key Account Cultivation: Deepen relationships with existing global clients, local manufacturers, and Japanese subsidiaries to maximize market share and account retention.

  • Distributor Enablement: Manage, train, and support regional distributors to optimize local sales channels and maximize regional revenue.

Technical Sales & Value Proposition

  • Solution-Based Consulting: Assess complex customer technical specifications and performance requirements to propose optimal electronic component solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Engineering Liaison: Partner directly with internal R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to spearhead custom product development and resolve technical inquiries.

Cross-Border Project Management

  • Global Operations: Mobilize and lead complex, cross-border projects requiring alignment between international stakeholders and regional offices.

  • International Mobility: Execute extensive overseas business travel, including regular 14-day deployments to India and other global regions, to anchor client relationships and audit market operations.
