Sales Manager

1. Identify, pursue and convert new sales opportunities within the heavy construction machinery equipment market, developing a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Conduct product demonstrations and present comprehensive solutions that address specific customer requirements and operational challenges.

4. Prepare and deliver detailed quotations, proposals and sales presentations tailored to client specifications.

5. Negotiate contracts and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.

6. Collaborate with technical teams and logistics to ensure seamless project delivery and customer onboarding.

7. Manage and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts and pipeline activity using CRM systems.

8. Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

9. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirement: -
. 3 - 5 years of pre-sales, technical sales or sales of construction equipment (such as Forklift, Excavator, Drilling Rig, Crawler Cranes) in construction / engineering industry.

. Candidates with Diploma in Engineering related background will have an advantage.

. Entail strong problem-solving mentality to anticipate customers enquiries, help them find solutions and create good value to the business partnership.

. Demonstrate persistency, consistency and adaptability to strive for success.

. Exhibit good negotiation and communication skills to manage all parties interests.

. Possess self-motivation and confidence to excel in various business scenarios.
