Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key accounts with major OSAT and semiconductor manufacturing customers, driving business growth in semiconductor test equipment, handlers, interfaces, and system-level test (SLT) solutions.
- Identify and penetrate new programs and applications at OSAT sites, securing design-ins and volume production adoption.
- Proactively engage with customer engineering, procurement, and operations teams to understand test roadmaps, capacity plans, and technical requirements.
- Act as the primary interface between customers and internal technical teams to ensure effective communication of specifications, schedules, and performance expectations.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to position differentiated test solutions, competitive advantages, and total cost-of-ownership (TCO) value propositions.
- Anticipate future technology trends in advanced packaging, high-pin-count devices, automotive, and high-power applications, and propose suitable test platforms and contact solutions.
- Coordinate on-site equipment evaluations, proof-of-concept testing, and production qualifications to ensure smooth system deployment.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Applications, and Field Service teams to resolve technical issues and support customer ramp-up and yield improvement activities.
- Develop and execute annual account plans, revenue targets, and market expansion strategies focused on OSAT customers.
- Translate global product and market strategies into localized execution plans and drive consistent follow-up.
- Own and manage sales forecasting, bookings, and billings with strong accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and service teams to ensure delivery commitments and long-term customer satisfaction.
Authority & Decision Rights
- Lead commercial and technical discussions with OSAT customers regarding test equipment platforms, configurations, and solution selection.
- Mobilize internal cross-functional resources to support evaluations, customer escalations, and project execution.
Essential Qualifications & Competencies
- Proven experience in semiconductor test equipment, handlers, probe systems, interfaces, or related back-end manufacturing equipment.
- Solid understanding of OSAT operational environments, production qualification processes, and customer decision workflows.
- Strong business development and key account management capabilities, with experience in driving design-in and volume ramp projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders in English and Mandarin (English required).
- Highly proactive, self-disciplined, and execution-oriented, with strong ownership of targets and customer commitments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and opportunity tracking.
