2. Job Purpose (Summary / One Line Description)
To develop and expand the colorants market in Taiwan by identifying business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering value-based sales solutions while achieving sales revenue and accounts receivable targets.
3. Duties/Responsibilities/Activities:
- Develop the market in Taiwan focus on target sectors for colorants. Explore business opportunities, implement value-based selling, and achieve core KPI such as sales revenue and accounts receivable targets.
- Cooperate closely with the technical team to provide professional technical support and solutions for customers, promote project implementation on schedule, and report customer communication and project progress in a timely manner.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with key customers/partners to enhance cooperation stickiness.
- Align sales forecasts and product demands with key customers monthly, assist in formulating customer profit growth plans, and ensure efficient supply and demand matching.
- Collect regional market trends, competitor dynamics and other market intelligence, complete market insight analysis to provide a basis for the company's strategic formulation; finish daily work such as customer visit reports, sales data entry and sales forecast update as required.
- Handle customer complaints and provide full-process high-quality services; participate in industry forums and company training to continuously improve professional capabilities.
- Regularly report commercial and technical updates to sales head, participate monthly sales meeting and provide valuable feedback.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other chemical-related majors. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the chemicals or colorants industry.
Skillsets (Technical/Behavioural):
Technical:
- Familiarity with the Taiwan colorant market such as coatings, printing inks, plastics, cosmetics, and agriculture.
- Strong Professional knowledge of chemical products and the ability to coordinate with technical team for customer technical docking.
- Good data analysis, business negotiation and cross-departmental communication skills.
- Require frequent business travel in Taiwan, and China mainland.
