Sales & Business Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with semiconductor fabs, equipment refurbishers, trading companies, and other industry customers in Taiwan.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a pipeline for pre-owned, refurbished, and legacy semiconductor equipment.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, equipment demand, market trends, and competitive conditions.
- Generate sales opportunities, develop proposals, support quotations, and participate in commercial negotiations.
- Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and strategic partnerships.
Equipment Sourcing & Project Management
- Support the inspection, evaluation, valuation, purchasing, refurbishment, installation/start-up, deinstallation, dismantling, unloading, and logistics of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Coordinate equipment purchasing activities with suppliers, customers, refurbishers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage onsite projects and coordinate engineering activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution.
- Coordinate with customers and partner companies on equipment setup, refurbishment, relocation, and other technical projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and coordinate timely solutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Support commercial and technical discussions throughout the equipment lifecycle, from initial evaluation through delivery and project completion.
Customer & Partner Management
- Serve as a key point of contact between customers, suppliers, engineering teams, and business partners.
- Communicate effectively with section-level and department-level stakeholders at semiconductor fabs and related companies.
- Develop trusted relationships with customers and partners and proactively identify their business and equipment needs.
- Resolve onsite and project-related issues through effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
Taiwan Office Operations
- Support the day-to-day operation and administration of the Taiwan office.
- Ensure local activities are conducted in alignment with the company's mission, strategy, policies, and business objectives.
- Support local business planning, reporting, and coordination with regional and headquarters teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with hands-on experience with front-end semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Experience coordinating projects involving customers, suppliers, engineering teams, or external partners.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify customer needs, and translate market insights into actionable business opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based and customer-facing environment.
- Willingness to travel locally and visit customer and supplier sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales, business development, or marketing experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Experience working for a semiconductor equipment OEM, semiconductor fab, equipment refurbisher, or related company.
- Previous customer-facing experience as a Field Application Engineer (FAE), Customer Service Engineer/Representative, Equipment Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with section-level stakeholders and contribute directly to business development or sales revenue.
- Professional proficiency in Korean is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with international trade, equipment logistics, import/export procedures, or cross-border transactions.
- Experience with pre-owned, refurbished, or legacy semiconductor equipment.
- Experience managing equipment relocation, deinstallation, dismantling, refurbishment, installation, or start-up projects
