Your role
The Taiwan Intermediary sales team is currently made up of professionals who prospect and service intermediary clients throughout Taiwan by marketing Pictet Asset Management's (Pictet AM) strategies.
Reporting to the Head of Sales - Taiwan, you will play a critical role in Pictet AM's drive to further develop its business in Taiwan. Your responsibilities will be:
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with distributors and financial advisors to boost sales activities.
- Address and assist distributors headquarters and clients in resolving product and market-related inquiries while nurturing relationships.
- Organize seminars and meetings to facilitate engagement and knowledge sharing.
- Actively participate in fund sales initiatives and strive to partner with distributors in campaigns to achieve the company's business goals and increase brand awareness.
- Regularly visit branches for fund promotion and training.
- Gather, organize, analyse, and share market intelligence related to distributors and industry peers.
- Contribute to the development of effective sales strategies based on market insights.
- Proactively carry out tasks assigned by the sales head, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of various assignments.
- Maintain various documents, including updating client contact information, preparing call reports, and documenting activity notes in Salesforce (SF).
Your profile
- Hold a university degree or higher, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry.
- Have a deep understanding of various mutual fund products, such as equity, fixed-income, private equity and ETFs.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills that foster effective teamwork and communication.
- Exhibit strong presentation skills to deliver persuasive sales pitches.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the business.
