Job Title: Sales Manager (ID1732)
Location: Senoko
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm
Salary: $5000-$8000 + Comm

Job Description:
Sales Strategy & Execution
. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets
. Identify new market opportunities (e.g., HORECA, supermarkets, export markets)
. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand

Account Management
. Build and maintain relationships with key customers (distributors, retailers, foodservice clients)
. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements
. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Business Development
. Prospect and onboard new clients in wholesale and institutional segments
. Expand distribution channels and geographic reach
. Collaborate with marketing on product launches and promotions

Operations Coordination
. Work closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery
. Manage inventory planning based on sales forecasts
. Address issues related to product quality, delivery delays, or customer complaints

Team Leadership
. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
. Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching
. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews

Reporting & Analysis
. Track sales performance, margins, and profitability
. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management
. Use data to refine pricing strategies and improve sales efficiency

Work Environment
. Combination of office-based work and field visits (clients, markets, distributors)
. May require early morning visits to wet markets or processing facilities
. Occasional travel depending on territory
