Job Description
- Responsible for owning and driving overall revenue growth.
- Defines and executes a Singapore-focused enterprise sales strategy aligned to long-term goals.
- Leads new client acquisition and closes large, complex enterprise deals.
- Builds and manages lasting relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Expands existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Acts as the executive sponsor for key strategic and marquee clients.
- Recruits, leads, and scales a high-performing sales team.
- Sets clear KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks.
- Coaches teams on consultative selling and value-based approach.
- Ensures accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.
- Uses data and analytics to drive decision-making and revenue insights.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and legal teams.
- Influences product strategy through market and customer feedback.
- Leads commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract structuring.
- Balances aggressive growth targets with profitability, compliance, and governance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in enterprise/B2B sales
- Background in SaaS, HR Tech, staffing, or enterprise services is advantageous
- Proven track record in closing large deals
