Infineon is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic engagement with leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) partners supporting the server and data center ecosystem.

Infineon is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic engagement with leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) partners supporting the server and data center ecosystem.

The role focuses on managing and expanding business with key EMS partners including Foxconn, Pegatron, Flextronics, and Jabil, enabling Infineon's semiconductor solutions to scale across next-generation server platforms.

This position requires strong knowledge of the EMS business model, server supply chain dynamics, and power / semiconductor solutions used in data center systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Management

  • Own and develop EMS strategic accounts supporting server platforms across global hyperscale and enterprise customers.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with EMS organizations including Foxconn, Pegatron, Flextronics, and Jabil.
  • Drive Infineon design-in and revenue growth within EMS-managed programs.

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities within EMS server programs including power management, power conversion, and other semiconductor solutions.
  • Align EMS partners with Infineon's strategy for AI servers, hyperscale data centers, and next-generation compute platforms.
  • Support customer transitions and expansion programs within EMS manufacturing ecosystems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product management, and application engineering to drive program success.
  • Coordinate with regional sales teams and distribution partners to ensure seamless support for EMS customers.
  • Support demand forecasting and supply allocation for key programs.

Program Execution

  • Manage business pipeline and track design-win progress within EMS accounts.
  • Support commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract discussions.
  • Ensure smooth ramp-up from design-in to mass production.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor trends in server architecture, hyperscale infrastructure, and EMS manufacturing strategies.
  • Provide market insights to guide Infineon's roadmap and customer engagement strategy.

Your Profile

Experience

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • 8 12 years+ of experience in semiconductor sales, key account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record working with EMS or ODM partners in the server or data center market.
  • Experience engaging with large global EMS companies such as Foxconn, Pegatron, Flextronics, or Jabil.

Technical / Industry Knowledge

  • Understanding of server power architecture, data center hardware platforms, or high-performance computing systems.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor components such as power semiconductors, controllers, or power management solutions.

Skills

  • Strategic account management and executive relationship building.
  • Strong commercial negotiation capability.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global organization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.
  • MBA or business education is advantageous.
