Job Description

Organization- Hyatt Centric East Taipei

Summary

  • Sales & Revenue Growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and group segments.
    • Negotiate contracts with clients and travel partners.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and accounts.
    • Conduct regular client meetings, site inspections, and networking events.
    • Provide personalized service to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
    • Work closely with marketing to design promotional campaigns.
    • Coordinate with operations and events teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Market Analysis
    • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Adjust sales strategies to remain competitive.
Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in hotel sales or hospitality sales, with proven track record.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and networking abilities.
  • Technical: Familiarity with hotel property management software.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
