We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales Manager (Global Networking Banking) , Global Payments Solutions.

Drive growth across a defined regional client corridor by originating and expanding Global Payments Solutions (GPS) opportunities. You'll manage a portfolio of clients with regional treasury needs, shape end-to-end cash management solutions across Asia, and orchestrate delivery with in-country and global partners to achieve strong client outcomes and sustainable revenue growth

In this role you will:

• Own and grow a corridor-aligned regional client portfolio, originating new business and deepening relationships with treasury and finance decision-makers.
• Engage and influence regional/global treasury stakeholders (incl. CxO-level) to diagnose operating models, pain points and priorities, translating these into a multi-market Global Payments Solutions agenda.
• Help clients design and implement regional cash management solutions across payables, receivables, liquidity/working capital and bank connectivity, including digital channels and integration where relevant.
• Build and run a high-quality sales pipeline through disciplined qualification, account planning, deal structuring and accurate forecasting to deliver financial targets.
• Orchestrate cross-market and global stakeholder alignment (solutions, pricing, credit/risk where relevant, and execution) to deliver a consistent one HSBC client experience.
• Lead the end-to-end client journey from pre-sales through implementation to BAU, ensuring clear ownership, smooth handovers and effective issue resolution with Implementation, Service and Treasury Solutions Group (TSG).
• Provide client-led input to product strategy and GPS roadmaps, shaping functionality, market requirements, commercialisation priorities and competitive positioning.
• Drive referrals and collaboration across HSBC Global Businesses while staying current on market/regulatory developments, applying insights to client advice risk-aware selling and continuous process improvement.

To be successful you will need

• Strong Experience managing regional or multinational client relationships with a focus on sales/relationship management in cash management / payments / transaction banking / financial services, ideally with multi-market solutioning across Asia while demonstrating results in revenue and pipeline growth.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage credibly with Treasurers, CFOs and other senior decision-makers.
• Commercial and risk judgement underpinned by structured deal execution: ability to shape value propositions, manage internal governance, and close complex opportunities with pace.
• Strong collaboration skills across product, coverage, implementation and service teams to deliver client outcomes end-to-end.

• Strong analytical comfort: ability to use data and insights to drive account strategy, opportunity prioritisation and measurable client outcomes.
• Experience working in a corridor-led model (cross-border flows, regional treasury centres, multi-entity structures).
