Sales Manager (FMCG)

Job Descriptions:

• Drive sales growth with new and existing key accounts customers by building strong customer relationships
• Responsible for bringing in new sales contract and review current contract activities
• Achieving the sales objectives and target set by the company
• Good understanding of the company products, competition in the market and positioning to develop sales strategies.
• Provide accurate and relevant sales report to management
• Lead, motivate and supervise a sales team to develop their full potential
• Attend to urgent deliveries, customers complaints and feedback proactively
• Representing the company to attend events as required.
• Consultative sales approach with a focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions

Requirements:

• 5 years of experiences in Food & Beverage and Hospitality sector with proven track records of sales achievements
• Motivated self-starter with the drive to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify and qualify the most promising sales opportunities
• Possess own vehicle
• Location: EAST!
