Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Actively prospect, identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, social selling, referrals).
  • Sector-Specific Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your chosen vertical (Payments, Healthcare SI, Aviation, IT Education etc.).
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Solution Selling: Conduct in-depth needs analysis and present tailored solutions that address specific client challenges and objectives.
  • Market Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in your chosen sector, understanding industry trends, challenges, and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Proven Hunter Instinct: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a B2B sales hunter role, with a verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Sector Experience: Demonstrable experience and a strong network in at least one of the following sectors is ESSENTIAL:
    • Payment Solutions (POS, Gateway, FinTech)
    • Systems Integration (SI) in healthcare (account management)
    • Aviation Industry Solutions
    • IT Education & Training Services
    • Printing & Document Management Solutions
  • Sales Skills Mastery: Exceptional skills in cold calling, negotiation, presentation, and closing.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
